Merchandise must be in as-new condition (with tags, unwashed, unworn).
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
Please note that there are some items for which we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective:

- Final Clearance items
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you need a return or exchange simply call us at 956-544-0798 and request a Return Authorization. You are responsible for the return shipping fees unless otherwise noted in product listing and welcomed to return via the carrier of your choice. Upon receiving and inspecting product we will gladly issue a refund for the product purchase price or exchange item if needed.
