If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a refund, credit, or exchange. Our hassle-free customer care department promises to always treat you with honesty and fairness. 

Merchandise must be in as-new condition (with tags, unwashed, unworn). In the same condition as received.

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Please note that there are some items for which we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective:

• Customized or personalized items
• Final Clearance items

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you need a return or exchange simply call us at 956-544-0798 to handle your return.  You are responsible for the return shipping fees unless otherwise noted in product listing and welcomed to return via the carrier of your choice.  Upon receiving and inspecting product we will gladly issue a refund for the product purchase price or exchange item if needed. Refunds will be credited to your account within 15 business days (3 weeks) or less of receipt of your packaged return according to our policies stated above

Refunds on international orders will be for the original purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic/international shipping charges or any duties, taxes or tariffs. We cannot offer free exchange shipping on international orders.
